Scope & Applicability

This Privacy Notice applies to CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS ONLY and supplements the FitPeo Inc. Online Privacy Policy. It is adopted to comply with the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), and other California privacy laws.

1. Identifiers — YES (Name, mailing address, email address, phone number, date of birth, account ID, IP address, device identifiers)
2. California Customer Records personal information — YES (Name, address, phone number, payment and bank information, medical information)
3. Protected classification characteristics — YES (Gender, age, medical condition)
4. Commercial information — YES (Products and services purchased, subscription and payment history)
5. Biometric information — YES (Health, sleep and exercise data from the app and connected devices, such as heart rate, blood oxygen, sleep and activity)
6. Internet or other network activity — YES (Browser type, cookies, IP address, website and app usage)
7. Geolocation data — YES (General location from your IP address or zip code, and GPS-based location on a mobile device where you allow it)

Use of Personal Information

We may use or disclose personal information for:

• fulfilling the reason you provided it;

4. Opt-Out of Sensitive PI: Limit the use and disclosure of Sensitive Personal Information.
5. Deletion Rights: Request deletion of your personal information (subject to exceptions such as completing transactions, security, legal compliance, etc.).
6. Non-Discrimination: We will NOT deny goods or services, charge different prices, or provide different quality for exercising your CCPA rights.
